If the validity of your insurance is dependent on your travel costs or part thereof being paid with your credit card, please enclose documents confirming that the trip has been paid with this card.
If you are entitled to benefits through Finnish national health insurance act (Kela), when visiting medical facilities in Finland, please present your Finnish health insurance card (Kela-kortti) during your visit for reimbursements in accordance with the health insurance act. If you are claiming for medical expenses that incurred outside of Finland, you may claim for Finnish health insurance reimbursements prior to submitting your notification of loss.
